ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Gunkaran Singh is the disruptive force behind Mohawk. With an MBA from Pepperdine University and a global business credential from Oxford, he blends boardroom strategy with on-the-ground execution.
His philosophy is simple: fixed assets shouldn’t just sit there looking pretty-they should hustle. He returned to Chandigarh not to settle into legacy, but to reboot it, reimagining the family business and launching new ventures from zero.
Known for a bias for action over meetings and innovation over jargon, he is here to flip more than just properties; he’s here to flip expectations.
